In this emotional interview, we learn about Sandy and her mother. Sandy’s mother is suffering from dementia, and the entire family has seen radical changes in her personality. Sandy’s mother displays suicidal behaviour, and Sandy is terrified that she will either kill herself, or fall victim to an accident caused by her dementia. Sandy’s mother has even run away from home on several occasions,  placing her in dangerous situations on the streets.
