Great Product. Awful Customer Service.
Not good at all. Great product but will not bother buying it anymore. I emailed the company twice to see where my order was after paying for faster shipping. I wound up getting the order over a week after I thought it would arrive (in time before leaving for a trip). I would have a better review and continue using the product if they actually responded to their emails. Obviously, customer service is not at the top of their list of priorities.

It has been great. I do have a comment regarding my order. On my order previous to this one, I received a phone call from Ben. He told me that if I left a review (which I did), he would double my next order. That did not happen. Just wondering how I collect on that offer.

Sometimes it doesn't work. I have CP and bad spasms so I keep trying it hoping it would work. It comes fast when ordering it and very good service.
