For new users, it’s important to “find your dose” when first using CBD. We recommend that you fill the tincture as much as possible, and take that entire serving twice a day, once in the morning, and once at night.
You may find that you are feeling some relief, but need more. You can increase your dose as need be, whether through taking more than one dropper full, or increasing to the 500 MG 60 ML product. Its best to listen to your body and let it guide you to the correct serving. Once you find the correct amount, it is best to maintain by using it as a supplement twice a day.
